Once your order has been packaged, I will send an email with your tracking information (if order is traceable). Packages are sent with the Swedish postal service called PostNord.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, I ship our Arundo donax canes to customers all around the world.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Processing your order takes between 3-5 working days. For large orders please contact me beforehand.

What are your delivery times?

Once sent, shipments should take 7-15 business days to reach nearby European countries and 10-30 business days to European countries further away from Sweden or outside of Europe.

 

Please note that I cannot guarantee any delivery time. There may be delays and/or customs charges.
